So I’ve been toying with the idea of ending my gym membership and committing more to a home exercise program.

I’ve tried Wii Fit and enjoyed that in the past, but I’m looking for new ideas beyond yoga.

I’ve heard good things about RUSH FIT, have you tried it? The results of those who have tried it look pretty awesome!

Either way I think I’ll give RUSH FIT a try even if I keep my gym membership! Doing both couldn’t hurt, right?
